Information on the Site is provided for general informational and business purposes and does not by itself create a service agreement, employment relationship, contractor relationship, route assignment, or other contractual obligation.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the Site. You may not:

• Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or administrative functions.

4. Driver Partner Applications

Submitting a Driver Partner application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, onboarding, route assignment, compensation, or continued participation in the Driver Partner Network. Applications may be reviewed according to applicable operational requirements, contractual requirements, screening procedures, and applicable law.

5. Business Inquiries and Service Requests

Information presented on the Site regarding delivery services is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Specific services, pricing, schedules, routes, responsibilities, service levels, and other commercial terms may be established through separate agreements or written communications.

6. Communications and Forms

When you submit a form or otherwise contact us, you agree that we may use the information provided to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a request, administer an application, communicate about services, or perform related business functions consistent with our Privacy Policy.
